Logos
in exodus
Dialectics.
Dia-logos. The logos in its crossing. The logos in its exodus. The
human condition is not buckled up in continuity with what is given by
nature. The human condition is very deeply a 'passover' condition.
Man becomes truly man only 'through'… Rupture. Exodus. Crossing.
Man reaches plenitude only while going through painful spaces of
difference
and negativity.
Astonishing
'dialectics' already! Even before the term, in its modern meaning,
came into the Western mental space, there was already its reality,
vigorous, still free of any ideological prison. Not yet 'constituted'
in way of thinking and explanation, but already 'constituent' of an
extraordinary dynamics.
Who,
today, can still understand it in the plenitude of his 'ontological'
dimensions, whereas for more than two centuries we have brought it
back to the reason of our immanent logics, our hermeneutics which
turn in round and of our schizoid enclosures? It was the key of
infinite opening. We made an easy verbal pass key of it for locks of
shoddy goods.
Its
originating major force is not first in the logical instrumentality
of an explanatory process but in an irreducible historically tested
and lived reality, founder of new humanity: the biblical
Passover.
The
not castrated dialectics is for transcendence. It crosses a world
which resists to open on elsewhere. It faces reality which refuses to
become 'other' than what it is. It is the insane and impetuous
adventure 'out of'. Irreducible negation of the enclosures. Infinite
opening. Infinite Passover of man. Infinite
Passover of being.
